During your consultation, Dr. Lambeth will discuss details of the procedure you are interested in, what to expect during your hospital stay and during your recovery period. He will also discuss the potential risks and complications associated with your chosen procedure. As with any surgery, you will have many questions. Facelift (Rhytidectomy)

Along with breast enlargement and liposuction, the Facelift is the most popular cosmetic surgery procedure. It’s easy to see why. Facelift surgery can tighten up loose facial skin and the underlying tissue, minimizing the signs of aging. Under general anesthetic, using well-hidden incisions, the skin and deep tissue are remodeled. Your face will appear smoother, firmer, and more youthful. For most patients, the results of a facelift are lasting–sometimes up to ten years, but remember, the facelift procedure cannot stop the aging process. Dr. Lambeth will examine the skin elasticity on your face and neck as well as your underlying bone structure to determine if you are an optimal candidate for a facelift.

Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)

This is an extremely popular cosmetic surgery procedure that involves removing excess muscle and skin from around the eyes in order to counteract eyelid drooping and unsightly bags beneath the eyes resulting in a more alert and youthful appearance. Eyelid surgery can be performed as an isolated procedure or in conjunction with Facelift surgery.

Mini Lift

A mini facelift procedure is less intrusive and more straightforward than the standard facelift, making it very popular. It’s typically advised for younger patients who desire a little correction along the jaw line or cheek or for patients who have had a facelift but need their skin to be tightened again. With this technique, the oval shape of the face can be restored without loosening the skin layer as much as would be necessary with a facelift. Brow Lift

Brow lift surgery corrects drooping brows and improves the horizontal lines and loose facial skin on the forehead to produce a more youthful appearance. Small incisions are made behind the hairline. A camera device (endoscope) connected to a television monitor is then inserted through each incision, enabling Dr. Lambeth to view the muscles and tissues beneath the skin. He will then remove some of these to produce a smoother rejuvenated forehead.

Rhinoplasty (Nose Reshaping)

One of the most popular of all cosmetic surgery procedures, Rhinoplasty (nose surgery) is a procedure that aims to improve the appearance of the nose. Nose surgery can remedy a number of different imperfections that can make you self-conscious about your nose, such as a smoothing out a prominent lump, narrowing a wide nose, or correcting a downward droop. Nose surgery can also be used to correct the nose if it is bent to one side or there is a breathing obstruction caused by a deviated septum. Rhinoplasty can provide significant enhancement to the appearance of the nose for both men and women and with it raised comfort with one's appearance and increased confidence. During the surgical process, bone and cartilage of the nose are modeled to the desired shape and the skin repositioned over them for desired results. Since most surgery is carried out internally there are rarely any visible scars following a nose the surgical procedure. Otoplasty (Prominent Ears)

Ear correction surgery (otoplasty) is a simple procedure that will create a balanced, more natural look and restore the balance between your ears and face. Chin Implants

Many people who have a weak or receding chin are affected by loss of confidence as a result. Those seeking Chin Augmentation are usually motivated by the desire to create a strong chin and to bring greater balance to facial features. You can expect a stronger or more defined jaw line, which will give an improved appearance to your face overall. Some patients also have fat removed from the area under the chin during this procedure for an even more dramatic transformation and finely sculpted jaw line. Chemical Peels

Like laser resurfacing, the chemical peel works by removing the top layers of the skin to expose unlined, new skin underneath. It can remove delicate wrinkles, pigmentation marks and other skin defects. Through the application of a chemical solution used to remove dead skin cells, a chemical peel tightens the skin and reduces wrinkling. This results in the stimulation and production of new skin cells and restores a more youthful appearance. Peeling also has some medical advantages like removal of pre cancerous conditions and acne scars. LED Light Facials

Light facials are also used to improve Rosacea or as a complement to any skin care regimen. LED Light Therapy is an FDA-approved cosmetic procedure that is gentle safe, simple and painless. As with any skin care procedure, you need to be aware that there are no quick fixes or “miracle cures” and that LED Light Therapy is not a facelift. While noticeable results are often seen after the first treatment, typically 3 to 4 treatments begins to achieve stronger results. And of course the long-term effectiveness of this or any skin care treatment is only as good as your adherence to a consistent home care program and lifestyle that are in keeping with the desired results.
